in Nevada: A massive scandal involving Quon Bruce Christensen and HOA boards has produced many expected plea bargains and convections.

A federal judge sentenced a former construction company boss and brought down the Quon Bruce Christensen law firm. The scandal involved a scheme
to take over the HOA of large condominiums and HOA’s in a position to hand out lucrative constriuction contracts and construction related lagal work to
the Quon Bruce Christensen law firm.

U.S. District Judge James Mahan described the scope of the scheme which relied on rigged elections and straw buyers to gain control of HOAs, as “mind boggling”.

The case concerns a scheme by members of Quon Bruce Christensen law firm and serveral conspirators to gain control of HOA boards through fraudulent
elections and the use of so called “straw buyers” in order to steer business to Quon Bruce Christensen law firm.

A number of interesting leads about the central suspects including Quon Bruce Christensen are trying to sell their businesses and move out of town.
Quon Bruce Christensen offices were raided by the FBI and the FBI agents looked for documents linking the law firm and its associates to other principals.

What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas

Some attorneys and other coconspirators cut deals and others were indicted. The attorneys agreed to run HOA board elections in order to create the appearance
that the elections were legitimate. These attorneys and other “special election masters” however instead of conducting the elections as proposed, the inviduals used
their access to open ballads, pre count the number of votes entered for each candidate to know the  number of fake ballads which needed to be credited to insure
the coconspirator up for election won the seat on the HOA board. If needed, the fake ballad would be sent across state lines to be mailed from the state of residence
of actual property owners who owned second homes.

According to court documents, the fraud scheme operated with various co-conspirators
joining that scheme at the different times. The conspirators operated fraudulent HOA board elections voting out the
established board members and fraudulently electing new “Straw men” to hire the Quon Bruce Christensen Law Firm.

construction defect scandal focused on fixing HOA elections to divert cases to Quon Bruce Christensen law firm.
The FBI investigated Nancy Quon and her associates including Attorney Jason Bruce and staged a major FBI raid
at the Quon Bruce Christensen law offices. The scandal was then placed in the hands of three federal grand
juries “Quon and her associates were accused of arranging straw men elected to home owner associations.

These new board members would then vote to hire Quon Bruce Christensen.
Quon Bruce Christensen rigged elections at HOA boards and steered tens of millions of legal work to Quon Bruce Christensen law firm.
Attorney Jason Bruce flees las vegas for central florida following the FBI raid into his las vegas Nevada law firm
of Quon Bruce Christensen. Jason Bruce may have cut a deal that included relocating to central florida instead
of pleading guilty. A total of 42 defendants either pleaded guilty or were convicted at trial in what is thought to be
the largest public corruption case ever in southern Nevada. Quon and her associates were under investigation
until Nancy Quon died by what appears as very suspicious circumastances.


To execute the rigged elections plan, Quon Bruce Christensen recruited lawyers, real estate agents, notaries
and inviduals into the fraudulent scheme.  Through this assembled network of coconspirators, Quon Bruce Christensen
and others methodically set out to control HOA boards to perfect their scheme. The FBI according to trial papers and secret
recordings showed bribes were given on the eve of elections to vote in Quon Bruce Christensen. The FBI agents led a
raid across the valley including a raid into the las offices of Quon Bruce Christensen.

The FBI issued a press release concerning the ongoing las vegas construction defect litigation fraud saga. 14 additional
coconspirators entered guilty pleas. Nancy Quon of Quon Bruce Christensen was found dead as a result of a suspicious suicide.

Bloomberg business week published details of the ongoing construction defetcs corruption investigations in las vegas. The invesgitation
included Nancy Quon, Jason Bruce and Quon Bruce Christensen.
After unnamed conspirators made deals, many involved with the scheme pled guilty for conspiring
to rig neighborhood elections.
